Open the HTTPS URL in Safari, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”. Sign in once on that phone. A draft stays on the device if you are offline; it uploads when you have signal.
Import and backup
Import the old JSON into the signed-in account, or export a file backup. Load from repo only works when you serve this folder locally.
